Niagara Roofmasters Inc. has spent more than 40 years on roofs across the Niagara region, and most of what we know came from the ones that went wrong before we got there. Rotted decking under a roof sold as a simple re-shingle. Ice damming traced back to an attic nobody ventilated properly. A skylight leaking at the curb because it was flashed in a hurry. We are a local company in Welland, our crews are our own, and we are still here when the warranty matters.

Experience & Dedication

Not all roofing companies are alike. We may sell the same products, but you need a company to install them correctly the first time and who will be around after the project is complete to warranty it. We are fully insured, WSIB licensed, and we back our labour with a 15-year workmanship warranty.

That warranty is the part worth reading twice. Material warranties come from the manufacturer and cover the shingle. A workmanship warranty covers the installation, which is where roofs actually fail. Offering 15 years on labour only makes sense if you expect to still be trading in 15 years, and if your crews install to a standard that will hold that long.

What 40+ Years on Niagara Roofs Teaches You

Roofs age faster here than in much of southern Ontario. Lake-effect snow, repeated freeze-thaw cycling and sustained wind off the water put stress on fastening patterns, flashing and eave detailing that a milder climate never tests. Four decades in this region has taught us where those failures start, which is usually in the attic rather than on the shingle.

It also taught us when to say no. A homeowner with a twelve-year-old roof and one section of storm damage does not need a full replacement, and we will tell them so. We would rather do the repair and keep the customer.

The Niagara RoofMasters Inc. Difference We promise:

Professional, respectful, efficient, and accurate service
Understanding and meeting customer needs

One-on-one personal service
Outstanding customer service at competitive pricing

Our Certifications and Accreditations

Manufacturer certifications are not decoration. They restrict who is allowed to install a product and who can register the extended warranties that come with it.

GAF Master Elite Installer. GAF restricts this designation to a small percentage of North American roofing contractors. It requires proof of licensing, insurance and a documented installation record, and it is what allows us to register GAF’s enhanced system warranties on your roof.
T-REX Elite Installer. Certified for T-REX roofing system installation.
Lowes Canada certified contractor. Vetted and approved through their contractor programme.
Better Business Bureau member. Our complaint and resolution record is public and can be checked before you call us.
WSIB licensed. Workplace Safety and Insurance Board coverage on every crew, so liability for an injury on your property does not land on your homeowner policy.

More Than Roofing

Most customers first call us about a roof. Many stay for the rest of the building envelope, because the components meet each other and a failure in one usually shows up in another. Alongside roofing we handle siding, soffit and fascia, eavestrough and leafguard gutters, skylights, windows, attic insulation, masonry brick repair and decks.

Attic insulation is the one homeowners underestimate. It is the difference between a roof that ice dams every February and one that does not, and it costs a fraction of the repair it prevents.

Serving the Niagara Region from Welland

We work out of Welland and cover Niagara Falls, Fonthill, Port Colborne, St. Catharines, Lincoln and the surrounding communities. Being local is not a marketing line here. It is why we can get to a leak the same week and why our crews already know the building department they are pulling a permit from.

Financing is available, including a Don’t Pay For A Year option, some conditions apply.

A satisfied customer is our best advertisement.
